Director, Writer and Producer

Rasheena Nash is an American Director, Writer and Producer. Her innovative mind and vast creativity has been seen in her short films Just Call Me Darling (Sundance 2014) and My Last Day (Cannes 2016).
In 2017, after shadowing Carl Franklin and Benny Boom on the most anticipated movie of our decade All Eyez On Me: The Tupac Shakur Biopic, she has been recognized by her peers of the GA Film Commission and Get Connected at the GA Entertainment Gala as one of the “People to Watch,” a directing sensation on the rise.
The Atlanta based filmmaker is currently writing and producing along side Mara Brock Akil’s producing team, a YouTube Red and Google scripted web series entitled The GodComplX. Rasheena has currently been accepted into Harvard University’s Extension degree program and plans on continuing her education with hopes to have more of a voice that reaches the vast majorities and leaders through her visual storytelling.
Rasheena is currently preparing to complete her first feature length film to take back to the film festival circuit. She has recently updated her vimeo with a web series entitled The Black Mask written by award winning writer Michael Anthony Snowden. Her ambition and drive separates her from the pack and motivates others to chase their own dreams. It’s safe to say that Hollywood should keep a close eye on this brilliant minded filmmaker because what’s next to come will change Tinseltown for the better.
